Christmas break is approaching and the masts are not going to be painted in time for us to start reassembling them, so we are returning to our home at Kettering mastless.

My brother-in-law Phil came along with us to have a trip on the boat and he spent a lot of time at the helm.

We detoured into Sullivans cove for a look around

Back in our berth at Kettering, Sharon met us for lunch and to pick up Phil, mum also came down for a drive.

They dropped me back at POW so I could pickup my car.

We will be back up at Prince of Wales bay on the 8th of January to start reassembling the hardware on the masts and booms.

Then the rigging to be refitted and the masts reinstalled on our boat
