Day three started a little late at around morning cuppa time, we had decided to stay at the public marina for another night, once up and about we went to Coffee Roaster for a couple of mugs of chai to start the day then walked as tourists through Salamanca to later meet up with my favorite work colleagues for lunch at Kosaten Japanese, thank you Jim for lunch 🙂 it was lovely as usual there.
After lunch we caught up with Josh Wiggins and Jerry Dwyer and showed them through the boat and the awesome solar panel frame that Josh had made for us.
After they headed back to work for the afternoon, Chris Blood came to visit a tour and a quiet one while we chatted about not being at work.

After Chris left Kaz went and did some shopping as mum, Sharon and Phil were coming for dinner.
We had a lovely dinner with my family wonderfully prepared by Kaz (thank you sweet wife) around the saloon table with heaps of food options.

After dinner we went over to Van Diemens land creamery for the second ice cream cone in as many days ☺️ tough life this retirement gig.
Afterwards Sharon, Phil and mum headed home, (thank you Phil and Sharon for making the effort to come and see us on the boat, sorry about the parking ticket 😔) and we headed for back to LaGecko for a shower and bed.
Another awesome day ….
